JP Secondé - JPS

A wine of extreme finesse, flavors of anise and truffle but also lime and white flowers. The attack is smooth with a great volume. The beautiful vinosity harmonises perfectly with the voluptuous texture of this cuvée.

The subtle oak ageing adds complexity. The balance is also remarkable between the finesse of taste sensations (aromas of pastry, brioche and light notes of cloves) and their aromatic nobility.

Jean-Pierre says "It is above all a meal Champagne, to be reserved for special occasions."
