From a Premier Cru region best known for black grapes, Sophie has created the most beautiful Blanc de Blancs vintage. A risk definitely worth taking!

A complex nose with a precise attack on the palate that leaves a remarkable minerality and freshness.

The use of oak is slight and very clever to add a touch of rusticness to balance the acidity.

Aged for 6 years, disgorged in October 2020. A masterclass from a superb winemaker. If only we had more than 500 bottles to share!
