The Cuvée Nature uses grapes with perfect maturity from a morning harvest to bring out the expression of the terroir of Hautvillers.

With zero dosage, the wine is aged for 10 months longer than the Cuvée Signature to bring out more minerality and acidity; adding to the complexity of flavours.

The palate, fresh and lively, brings together sensations of apricots and peaches with a long and delicate finish.
