Extra time on lees than a usual entry level and more time post disgorgement in the cellar pre-release gives this first cuvee of the range an inimitability that is rarely found in Champagne. Vincent’s patience was certainly worth it! This elegant wine offers a beautiful effervescence, a delicate nose, and an aromatic combination of roundness, fruit and freshness.
