A beautiful Blanc de Blancs which shows off the village and terroir of Cramant with it's indulgent toasty flavour and buttery creaminess. It is balanced well with floral notes from Chouilly and minerality from Avize. A rounded cuvée with warm depth and full of flavour. 

20% reserve wine and 80 % from the 2015 vintage, aged for 36 months on lees.
