Joseph Desruets - Cœur de Pinots

The Cœur de Pinots cuvée was born in 2014 from the inspiration of Matthias Desruets.

He decided to isolate the oldest plots of Pinot from the family; Le Noyer de l’Orme du Midi, Les Hauts Chaillois and Les Maltournés, planted in 1979, 1967 and 1980 respectively.

From then on, each year, the first 15 hectolitres of juice from the harvest of these plots is added to perpetuate this exceptional Blanc de Noirs Cuvée.

The wine offers a unique palette with minerality and complexity from the 4 years of ageing in the family cellar. Perfect for multi-faceted dishes.
