A brand new wine from Sophie Cossy. This first release is a stunner! Full of power and elegance, a well balanced wine with the fruit of the Pinot Noir and floral elements of Chardonnay. Hints of Vanilla and Caramel from the wood is super integrated to create this gastronomic and complex wine. The Chardonnay brings a super acidity to allow the wine to keep pulling you back for more. An incredible first release.
