A brand new wine from Sophie Cossy. This first release is a beautiful representation of the Pinot Noir from the petite Montagne de Reims! Elegant and fruity on the nose which evolves in to a subtle richness oozing with red berries and toasty notes. Sophie has selected her favourite plots of Pinot Noir from south facing vineyards in her village of Pargny-les-Reims. The first parcellaire from this Premier Cru village from any producer in Champagne. A must try!
