A brand new wine from Sophie Cossy. Her first ever Coteaux Champenois. This is a wonderful Coteaux Blan made from select south facing plots of super ripe Chardonnay from Pargny-les-Reims, Premier Cru. Aged in a single foudre for 12 months allows the Chardonnay to express itslef with wonderful tropical and exotic aromas creating a smooth and sumptuous Chardonnay. A wonderful acidity is the backbone with yellow fruits and a fruity sweetness to balance the wine. Perfect with seafood and pastry. A stunning expression of Chardonnay from the Petite Montagne de Reims.
