Redcurrant, jam and citrussy notes create a luscious but balanced cuvée. The ultimate sensation of freshness rounds off a sincere flavoursome tasting. As with all Salmon's wines the mouthfeel and texture is extremely satisfying and takes your palate on a scintillating journey.

Aged on lees for 18 months, disgorged October 2019. A strong, complex and pleasurable Rosé that sings Meunier, an absolute delight. The most amazing non-vintage Rosé we have found!
