Mainly from the families solera dating back to 1999 this unique Champagne is an absolute delight! Vinified and aged in oak for 40-45 months, with barrels made from the wood of the forest in their vineyards. The cuvée offers complexity and richness. Old reserve wines are highlighted throughout with fine notes of oxidation on the palate, followed by a long freshness brought by the wine of the year. Notes of yellow citrus fruits; the work with oak barrels brings concentration and reinforces the tensions of the wine. 80% from the solera and 20% from 2015. 4g/L dosage. 80% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay.
